Science & Then Some

It feels great to be translating so many years of cutting edge science into a wellness product that I can believe in! I feel really fortunate to be a part of WellGen during this exciting stage in the development of the company. The team works wonderfully well together and everyone’s commitment to quality and solid research is just so rewarding.  I’m excited about this launch because I’ve seen the data and I’ve experienced the benefits! I’m looking forward to hearing everyone’s feedback because we believe that the science of discovery is a process that you can participate in and we’re always listening!

Stressful – Not MY Children

Since I’ve had kids, I’ve tried lots of ways to manage stress.  Don’t get me wrong, my kids are not the sole source of my stress but I sure did notice I had much more stress since they came along.  Maybe because I began to think about my health more or because I just got to that age when things started sliding (or should I say sagging).  Then about a year after my younger son was born, I was diagnosed with hypertension (high blood pressure).

It was hard to admit that in my early forties, I had a chronic health problem – I always thought of my self as being pretty healthy.  So I got more vigilant about trying to reduce stress, along with weight, sodium and anything else that might cause my numbers to go up.  When deprivation tactics didn’t work, I tried fish oil supplements, high pectin foods, mediation, yoga, a device called Resperate(R), a chiropractic type treatment called Network Spinal analysis, and more,  I believe that all of these things were helpful, but I had to begin taking a prescription pharmaceutical or risk more serious issues.  However, I didn’t abandon my wellness practices.  I really believe that because of that attitude I can break the pills in half to take half of the lowest does of my medication available by prescription.

So I continue to look for natural ways to help keep my medication dose low and to reduce stress – I would love to hear your ideas about how to enhance my quality of life.  There lots of advice from health expert but practical advice from people who relate to my life and stress is priceless.

I’m amazed at how good…

I’m amazed at how good my knee is feeling since I’ve been using Te Amé Joint Care!  After three days, it is like I have a younger knee.

I’ve been taking Te Amé for a week and I’ve increased my walking and my sleep is better.

-Tom

This consumer’s experience is not typical. Your knee may or may not feel better, depending on other factors.
