Women’s Health & Wellness Discussed at Congressional Briefing

In an effort to educate Congressional staffers on important issues related to the safety and benefits of taking control of our own health, the Council for Responsible Nutrition and the Natural Products Association hosted a speaker lunch briefing.  The briefing addressed the four pillars of women’s health including proper nutrition, sleep, exercise, and vitamins and other dietary supplements.  Additionally, the briefing noted that the majority of doctors and nurses both take dietary supplements and recommend them.

Is ibuprofen good for exercise?

A recent post on The New York Times web site about how ibuprofen is consumed by many athletes at all levels, across many sports reported the doubt about whether it helps and that it possibly could hurt.

This reminds me of a one-time natural product skeptic.  She was taking ibuprofen to stop her shoulder pain from playing tennis.  The shoulder pain persisted despite the regimen of IB.  She gave up on the ibruprofen and tried our Active Body formula.  The skeptic became a supporter.

Our tennis playing friend stands along side our bike riding fans and Adriano - our triathlete in testifying to the clinically tested benefits of Te Amé™ Active Body.
