I know I am young (26), but it is never too young to look back at what you have done with your life and evaluate it so you can make your future a brighter one. When I look back at my past I can see how great a life I have lived. I grew up with great parents and two brothers (one older and one younger) and have had success with just about every goal I have made to date. The one that is still standing in my way is my health. I have been overweight most of my life and I don’t want it to be part of my future.
Starting a new exercise regiment is hard especially when you feel sore the next day and can prevent you from wanting to work out day after day. I have found that with Active Body I am able to do this. Each day I am pushing myself to workout harder and longer.
I would love to hear any advice you might have to help keep me motivated with my newest goal.
