I know I am young (26), but it is never too young to look back at what you have done with your life and evaluate it so you can make your future a brighter one. When I look back at my past I can see how great a life I have lived. I grew up with great parents and two brothers (one older and one younger) and have had success with just about every goal I have made to date. The one that is still standing in my way is my health. I have been overweight most of my life and I don’t want it to be part of my future.

Starting a new exercise regiment is hard especially when you feel sore the next day and can prevent you from wanting to work out day after day. I have found that with Active Body I am able to do this. Each day I am pushing myself to workout harder and longer.

I would love to hear any advice you might have to help keep me motivated with my newest goal.

Personally, I take Te Ame’ Stress Manager so I can avoid looking at the clock from 3AM to 4:30AM. I have been told by a sleep expert that I am waking up due to early morning anxiety. She said that the natural cortisol control action of WellGen® theaflavin-enriched black tea extract is what helps me get an uninterrupted sleep. Maybe that is helping me keep my weight down too.

Spring has sprung and that means lots more activity outside. A change of season means a change of pace. A change of pace requires adjustments to routine and can require some physical adjustments as well.

With each new season our family picks a new activity to do together. It keeps us centered, together, and hopefully healthy and strong. In the winter, we went ice skating most weekends. Now we are debating between roller skating, tennis and golf. Whatever we do, I am sure to have a bit of stiffness as my muscles get adjusted to the new activity. Especially when I forget to stretch and don ‘t want to use those smelly muscle rubs, I am releived to have Te Ame’ nearby.

Happy spring!

This morning there was lots of e-mail chatter about the snow here in New Jersey. We all agreed to play it safe and stay off the roads. We’ll also be shoveling and hopefully getting some time to play in the snow too. Our chief scientist reminded us all to take Active Body for those stiff muscles on snowy evenings. I know she will be taking Active Body for relief from cross-country skiing and shoveling.

For muscle stiffness

Active Body is just as good for snow shovelers as it is for our impressive friends who ride across Iowa for charity or participate in triathlons. Use Active Body as a natural alternative to help soothe your body when your muscles need comfort after cross a big snow.

This reminds me of a one-time natural product skeptic. She was taking ibuprofen to stop her shoulder pain from playing tennis. The shoulder pain persisted despite the regimen of IB. She gave up on the ibruprofen and tried our Active Body formula. The skeptic became a supporter.

Hello Te-ame community,
• My name is Adriano, I’m Yang’s nephew, and I’m an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon. I practice one of the fastest growing sports in the world, the triathlon, consisting of a swim, bike ride and run in succession. The switch-over time between each event, known as transition, is included in the overall finish time, and is often described as the ‘fourth discipline’, so it’s not difficult to understand that this is a very exhaustive sport, mainly for people like me (not a professional). Three years ago I started this activity and during this time I did more than 15 triathlons, 6 duathlons and another competition with just one of the modalities with very good performance and results (podium). It’s common the overdo training, with three different sports to practise, and associated with this it’s common after the competition to experience some physical and psychology symptoms like feeling washed-out, tired, drained, lack of energy, mild leg soreness, general aches and pains. As part of my training regimen for a recent triathlon competition, I started to use the Joint Care and Active Body, both Te-ame products, with just one objective, to train more, because I wasn’t in a good shape. Now I can tell you that after the triathlon I had a surprise because I was feeling well, with no pain, even two days after during high levels of exercise (because there is another competition this weekend) I am feeling well with almost no rest time. I can see clearly that this products helped to get this results.
