The Te-Ame.com website (“Site”) is owned and operated by WellGen, Inc. (“WellGen”). WellGen is committed to safeguarding your privacy online. The processing and delivery of Te Amé™ products and the processing of transactions are handled by other companies on our behalf. WellGen does not collect personally identifying information (such as name and email address) about any individual user except when knowingly provided by such individual. For example, WellGen may ask you for information (such as your e-mail address, zip code and the country in which you are viewing the Site) when you register to become a member of the Site, to post a testimonial or to comment on blog entries. You may also provide information to WellGen in other contexts, including, for example, to enter into a sweepstakes or promotion on the Site. You always have the option not to provide the information we request. Use of Information
As Necessary to Provide Services to You: WellGen will use your personally identifying information to send you information about membership benefits.
WellGen may hire other companies to provide services on its behalf, such as handling the processing and delivery of Te Amé™ products purchases, and the authorization of credit card transactions. WellGen will only provide those companies the information they need to perform their services.
Except as specified herein, WellGen will not share or sell your personally identifiable information with third parties, unless you allow us to. WellGen does not derive revenue from advertising and sharing personally identifying information.
To Provide Interactive Communications From Te Amé
To enhance your experience WellGen may provide you with interactive communications (such as our electronic newsletters)to the e-mail address that you provide to WellGen. Such interactive communications are provided only to those users who have expressly provided their permission to receive them as part of their user profile.
From time to time WellGen may provide e-mails highlighting new features, promotions or contests on the Site to those users who have expressly provided us with their permission to send such communications as part of their user profile.
To Provide Communications From Third Parties
WellGen respects the privacy of its users and shall not disclose or distribute its user list to any third party, nor shall it permit anyone else to do so.
Control of Your Information
Users may change their user profile to stop receiving newsletters or marketing material from WellGen or on behalf of external third party business partners. The ownership of WellGenmay change at some point in the future. Should that occur, WellGen wants the Site to be able to maintain a relationship with you.
